s4_p1_html: "The club that starts a live broadcast is responsible for the content transmitted (images, audio, comments) and for compliance with the law, federation regulations and the necessary consents, in particular when <strong>minor athletes</strong> are filmed."

s4_item1: obtain and retain parental/guardian consents or another legal basis before filming;
s4_item2: inform parents and athletes about where and for how long the live stream/archive is visible;
s4_item3: not broadcast content that is illegal, defamatory, violent or unrelated to the sporting event;
s4_item4: respect the right to image and voice of all persons filmed.
s4_p3: The Provider may suspend or interrupt broadcasts and accounts in the event of well-founded reports or serious violations, without prejudice to legal action.
s5_title: 5. Permitted use and prohibitions

s5_item2: circumvent technical or plan limits (staff, concurrent live streams);
s5_item3: share credentials or publish links on channels that expose minors to risks not covered by the consent given;

s5_item5: resell the service without a written agreement with the Provider.
s6_title: 6. Intellectual property
s6_body: Trademarks, software, design and documentation of the service remain the property of the Provider or its licensors. The sports club retains the rights to its own video content; it grants the Provider a limited licence to host, process and distribute it through the platform in order to provide the service.
s7_title: 7. Availability and limitations
s7_body: The service depends on mobile networks, hardware and third-party providers. We do not guarantee the absolute absence of interruptions, delays or data loss, although we adopt reasonable measures. Video quality may vary depending on the connection in the venue.
s8_title: 8. Limitation of liability
s8_p1: To the extent permitted by Italian law, the Provider is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or content transmitted by users. The overall liability towards a professional customer does not exceed, where possible, the amount paid in the last 12 months for the subscribed plan.
s8_p2: Nothing excludes liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor any mandatory consumer rights where applicable.
s9_title: 9. Withdrawal, suspension and cancellation
